After working in the restaurant industry for over two decades, Pete and Tom Boyle decided to combine their expertise and start their own food services business. They started with smaller events selling gourmet egg rolls, wraps and sandwiches. This sibling duo quickly gained success which allowed them to participate in bigger events and festivals. During the summer of 2022, they began offering catering services for private functions in New Jersey's Ocean and Monmouth Counties - giving them an opportunity to showcase their other culinary delights while still providing quality food at reasonable prices.

Big Blue Wrap and Roll is a New Jersey food truck and catering services company, owned and operated by two brothers, Peter and Tom Boyle. After a number of years of working in various restaurants in NJ and FL, Chef Pete decided that he wanted to share his creations with the community and show that good-tasting food can be high quality AND affordable.
